GNectar Publishing provides creative consulting, publishing support, content development, editorial services, and strategic storytelling guidance. Services are professional in nature and limited to the scope expressly defined in a written service agreement.

GNectar Publishing does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, therapeutic, or mental health services. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for advice outside the scope of creative consulting and publishing.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

GNectar Publishing makes no guarantees regarding publishing outcomes, sales performance, funding awards, audience growth, public reception, or commercial success. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis in accordance with industry standards.

Past performance, examples, or case studies do not guarantee future results.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, and originality of all submitted materials

• Securing permissions, licenses, and releases for third-party content

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies

GNectar Publishing does not conduct legal clearance, fact verification, or rights acquisition unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• Clients retain full ownership of their intellectual property

• GNectar Publishing retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes

Any transfer or licensing of rights must be documented in a signed agreement.

5. Confidentiality

GNectar Publishing treats all non-public client information as confidential and will not disclose such information except as required by law or as permitted under a written agreement.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Clients engaged in regulated, government-funded, or grant-funded projects are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, including reporting and disclosure requirements.

GNectar Publishing’s role is limited to the services described in the executed agreement and does not extend to compliance certification, legal review, or regulatory approval.

7. Independent Contractor Relationship

GNectar Publishing operates as an independent contractor. No partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or employment relationship is created through any engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GNectar Publishing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GNectar Publishing from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Client-provided content

• Breach of representations or obligations

• Misuse of deliverables beyond the agreed scope

10. Governing Law

All agreements and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the applicable service agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
